Please check your username and password sent to you in your initial email? They are both case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they are sent.
How can I pay my bill after I sign up?
All accounts are set up on automatic payments. Your payment will be drafted from the card that you used to sign up on your due date. Automatic payments are recurring until cancelled with Paypal.
What platform is the best experience for FlameTvNow?
The official android apk is by far the best experiences to be used on firestick and android devices.

I cant figure this out. How can I get my money back?
You can cancel your Flame membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your subscription billing period, except we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-subscription membership periods. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period for the subscription you purchased. You are responsible for cancelling your recurring payments with Paypal.

What internet speed do I need to use FlameTv?
We recommend at least that you have 300 Mbps in order to have the best experience with FlameTV IPTV. Speed however depends on how many devices you are connecting, location of modem, and many other factors. We also recommend obtaining an "wifi extender" if needed.
